Belsonic SeamStar Modules
The Belsonic SeamStar modules are designed to be integrated into automated and custom tailored production lines.
A top assembly will include the pattern wheel holder, the pattern wheel itself and its driving motor, as well as a stroke setting system
A bottom assembly will include the acoustic stack with our rotating horn, its driving motor and the HF cxonnection cable housing.
The generator can alternatively be stored in a separate cabinet.

This 20 KhZ actuator is a compact feed system for integration into a production line or automated production system.
The actuator is equipped with precision lineair guides, a pneumatic cylinder and all necessary parameters can be set, same as on the manual press.
